ProMan Technology offers several options for training individuals or groups on software, hardware, sales and implementation training. New employees, new software users, advanced "power users" - and managers - all gain essential skills and understanding of processes with high-quality training.

Instructor Led Training

ProMan Technology offers traditional group training classes through a staff of full-time and contract certified trainers in all of the major software packages and products that we sell or service. Instructor led classes move quickly so much material is covered in a given amount of time and users get a "jump start" on the product. A fair time distribution between instructor given demos and student practice labs give the students opportunity to ask questions and receive personal help.

• Standardized classes covering all essential aspects of software are offered in two types of environments:
  1. Classes can be organized at the customer's site - our instructors teach in the customer's training labs (or suitable space provided by the customer). Several companies currently have long-term contracts with us to provide on-site training.
  2. Classes are periodically offered in Dallas, Texas, and other major cities for individuals or small workgroups to attend
• Customized classes tailored to the user groups's requirements

Self-Directed ("self-paced") Training

Many of the software packages have self-directed training available. Self-directed means the training is done by the student alone with a computer-based course that includes additional printed materials. It may be delivered on CD-ROM or downloaded via the Internet. Almost all colleges and universities are using some form of self-paced classes today. It is a well proven and bona fide mode of instruction.

e-Education - This method of learning offers flexibility of pacing and time management to the individual student. It is self-paced so the student may take as much time to drill and repeat as needed, plus giving the flexibility to schedule learning sessions at will. Workers can devote a few minutes during slow periods throughout the day to cover lessons, and repeat them as needed for mastery.

The cost of Self-Directed learning is also substantially lower than for instructor led training making it affordable to individuals who wish to upgrade their job skills for better-paying jobs.
